14+ years of overall experience, with 810+ years in Continuous Improvement / Business or Digital Transformation
Strong handson expertise in Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma (Mandatory: Six Sigma Black Belt certified)
Proven experience leading Kaizen and process improvement programs
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills
Handson experience with Quality frameworks (QC/QA/QI)
Working knowledge of RPA and AIdriven automation projects
