What you ll build
In this role, you ll design, develop, and deliver complex application modules and technical workstreams for SAP Sales Cloud solutions. You ll create scalable, maintainable, and high-quality technical solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business results.
You ll be responsible for:
- Developing backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Designing and implementing RESTful APIs and ensuring seamless integration across distributed systems.
- Optimizing MongoDB data models, queries, and performance.
- Collaborating with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative CRM solutions.
- Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and system observability.
- Mentoring junior developers and fostering technical growth within the team.
- Exploring AI agent-based use cases, LLM integrations, and automation opportunities to enhance enterprise applications.
Your work will directly impact the development of best-in-class CRM solutions, enabling businesses to optimize sales processes, improve customer engagement, and achieve operational excellence.
What you bring
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and MongoDB.
- Working knowledge of frontend technologies like Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and testing frameworks.
- Mindset and Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
