Shift: EMEA / UK Shift (e.g., 1:00 PM 10:00 PM)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a process-driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage digital campaigns and e-commerce platform backend activities for a premium client with a financial portfolio. In this role, you will act as the crucial link that takes approved creative content and executes, publishes, tracks, and optimizes it across multiple digital and e-commerce channels.

The ideal candidate does not need to create content but must excel at independent process execution, client reporting, and multi-channel campaign publishing.


Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Content Publishing

  • Manage the end-to-end publishing workflow of marketing assets across 45 different digital channels using multi-channel scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Coordinate with design and content creation teams to secure final assets and handle backend scheduling.
  • Enforce strict quality control and documentation checks to ensure no content goes live without formal sign-offs from internal/external authorities.

2. E-Commerce Backend Management

  • Handle daily backend operations for websites built on Shopify or WordPress/WooCommerce (e.g., product updates, landing page configurations, and link testing).
  • Deploy and maintain campaign destination pages, ensuring seamless setup of Static and Dynamic URLs.

3. Tracking, Optimization & Analytics

  • Actively monitor and optimize campaign health using core performance metrics: Impressions, Clicks, and Click-Through Rate (CTR).
  • Set up, monitor, and report on A/B testing variations for landing pages, ad creatives, and headers to drive higher conversion rates.
  • Implement URL parameters and UTM extensions to accurately track customer attribution across email marketing and paid social media channels.

4. Client Communication & Autonomy

  • Manage independent, professional communication (written and verbal) with international stakeholders, specifically UK/EMEA clients.
  • Take full ownership of assigned workflows with minimal supervisor oversight, resolving day-to-day operational nitty-gritties efficiently.
