Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and skilled Customer Support Executives for an International Chat Process. The role involves handling customer queries through chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for freshers and BPO professionals with at least 6 months of experience who are looking to build a long-term career in the BPO industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions through chat in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate, effective, and timely resolutions
  • Maintain clear, grammatically correct, and professional written communication in English
  • Resolve customer complaints, conflicts, and service-related issues via chat support
  • Document customer interactions and update details accurately in CRM or internal systems
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and compliance requirements
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
  • Take complete ownership of customer issues and ensure proper closure
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet team targets
  • Adapt quickly to process updates, product changes, and customer communication guidelines

Job Details:

  • Process: International Chat Support
  • Working Days: 6 days working
  • Weekly Off: 1 days (Rotational)
  • Shift Duration: 9 hours (including 1-hour break)
  • Shifts: Rotational shifts and week-offs

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant BPO experience preferred
  • PUC mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ownership and accountability for customer issues
  • Conflict resolution and decision-making abilities
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts without timing constraints

Salary: CTC: 25,000 per month
