Blackbelt ASE (Programs and Practice) - India
Role Context Purpose
As SAP accelerates a more focused, standardized, and scalable RISE with SAP go-to-market across APAC, we are establishing a Regional Cross-Functional ASE Blackbelt Team.
This team operates above individual Market Units, serving as the center of expertise, knowledge, design to scale best-practice RISE business GTM and Deal motions across APAC.
The Regional Blackbelt ASEs (Accelerated Sales Engagement Lead) reporting into the APAC CRO will own and drive the 5Ps as 1 team. Different members are expected to provide support across Products, Processes, Pricing, Programs, and Practice (Playbooks Enablement) ensuring consistent execution, faster deal velocity, higher win rates, and lower risk across complex, multi-LOB pursuits. Each Blackbelt brings and owns deep specialization within the cross-functional team (e.g., product pricing, commercial strategy, GTM programs, methodology enablement) while operating as part of a senior, trusted regional RISE leadership bench supporting Market Units at scale.
- Serve as part of the APAC Regional Blackbelt ASE team with focus on Programs and Practice, jointly owning and governing the 5Ps framework:
- Programs - MOVE, Safekeeper, Expansion motions and Demand Generation
- Practice (Playbooks Enablement) - repeatable assets, sales plays, field readiness
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability of RISE GTM across all APAC Market Units.
- Partner with CRO to evolve and rollout RISE GTM transformation motions to field.
- Design and deliver high-quality solution content, sales plays, and GTM assets that can be reused at scale by the field.
- Act as a force multiplier to accelerate field execution without duplicating local resources.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Digital, and Market Unit teams to:
- Translate strategy into clear plays, assets, and execution guidance for the field.
- Knowledge Expert and Coach for Fit2Suite and RISE Methodology.
Profile Experience
- Senior-level experience in S/4HANA functional, Solution Deal Captaincy, Demos, and COE functions.
- Proven track record supporting complex, enterprise-scale, multi-LOB deals.
- Ability to operate regionally, influencing multiple Market Units and leading MU RISE ASEs.
- Strong content creation capability (plays, assets, executive-ready materials).
- Exposure to partner-led GTM models and ecosystem scaling.
- Comfort engaging at C-suite and leadership level.

- Increased consistency and quality of RISE GTM execution across APAC.
- Higher conversion rates for S/4HANA and ECC on-premise installed bases to RISE through MOVE, Safekeeper programs and execution.
- Faster time-to-value for field teams through reusable plays and assets.
- Large deals customer engagements.
- Improved win rates and deal quality in complex pursuits.
- Improved conversion and pace for Volume business.
- Scaled impact beyond individual deals - one-to-many, not one-to-one.
