Job Description
We are Hiring @ Shaadi.com for a Talent Acquisition Specialist role (Bulk / Volume Hiring)
Location: Thane / Andheri- 5 days WFO
Experience: 2- 5 years
At Shaadi.com, were looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic TA specialist who has hands-on experience in bulk / volume hiring, especially for BPO, call centre, and sales roles. If you enjoy interacting with candidates, managing large-scale hiring drives, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements
- Source and screen candidates for BPO, customer support, telesales, and sales roles
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Maintain strong hiring pipelines and achieve closure targets within defined TATs
- Conduct walk-ins and drive recruitment campaigns when required
What Were Looking For:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in volume hiring
- Prior experience hiring for BPO / Call Centre / Sales roles is mandatory
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Good understanding of sourcing channels and recruitment coordination
