Job Description

Process: Inbound Officer- Kotak 811 (On Payroll)

Location: Neptune Elements, Thane West
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Bank Payroll

Job Role:

Handle inbound customer calls for Kotak 811 products and services
Assist customers with banking queries and support
Identify customer needs and cross-sell relevant banking products
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Follow banking policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility:

Graduate in any stream (Mandatory)
Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply
Age: 20 - 30 Years
Excellent English communication skills

Salary: Up to 3,60,000 CTC (Based on interview performance)

Shift Details:

9-hour rotational shift between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
4 rotational week offs per month (initially)
6 week offs per month after 6 months confirmation
