Your Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide comprehensive support across Resource Management, Financial Services, and Project Governance functions. The role involves managing end-to-end resource processes, financial planning and control, and ensuring effective project governance through stakeholder engagement, SLA compliance, and risk management. Additionally, the position requires handling operational support activities such as space and event management, travel coordination, and vendor oversight. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, with a proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and drive process improvements through automation and innovation.In this role you will play a key role in:
Resource Management Support
  • Forecast and generate resource demand.
  • Provide recruitment support for internal and external resources.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.
  • Financial Support Services
  • Utilize e-monitoring tools for financial tracking.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Manage contracts and i-SOW documentation.
  • Handle invoice processing and variance analysis.
  • Monitor and prevent revenue leakages.
  • Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with controls.
  • Project Governance Support Services
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Ensure SLA compliance across projects.
  • Support issue and risk management processes.
  • Facilitate communication management and executive reviews.
  • Conduct project health checks and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide overall program management support.
  • Other Support Activities
  • Coordinate space allocation and meeting arrangements.
  • Organize webinars, events, and client visits.
  • Manage mobility/travel requirements.
  • Oversee community engagement and user access/asset management.
  • Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities.
  • Handle vendor management processes.YOUR PROFILE
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work under pressure.
