Japanese Language Specialist / Japanese Bilingual Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a Japanese languagetrained professional with strong communication skills to support customer interactions, business operations, or translations involving Japanese stakeholders. The role requires proficiency in spoken and written Japanese with basic to good English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Japanese language communication via voice, email, or chat
Translate and interpret Japanese English content
Support Japanese customers and stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
Maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance as per SOPs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N1 / N2 / strong N3
Fluent in Japanese (spoken, written, reading)
Basic to good English communication
Any Graduate Japanese language certification preferred
Experience
- Freshers with Japanese certification can apply
Experience in BPO / KPO / Translation / Customer Support is an advantage
Desired Competencies
- Strong communication skills
Cultural awareness of Japanese business etiquette
Attention to detail
Willingness to work in shifts if required
