HR Consultant (Recruiter For FMCG Hiring)

Role Overview:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting high-quality candidates for our FMCG clients, which include top Indian and multinational companies. This role demands strong sourcing skills, speed, and the ability to understand FMCG job profiles across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Corporate roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and internal database.
- Understand client requirements and create accurate, attractive job postings.
- Screen resumes, evaluate candidate fitment, and conduct telephonic pre-assessments.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for FMCG roles across levels.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client HR teams.
- Maintain daily MIS, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure fast turnaround time (TAT) for all mandates.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Support senior recruiters and account managers in closing niche or urgent roles.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, social sourcing).
- Understanding of FMCG job roles (Sales, ASM, RSM, Marketing, Supply Chain, Plant roles).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple mandates.
- Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment trackers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- 23 years of experience in FMCG recruitment (FMCG hiring experience is an advantage).
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm preferred.
