Interview Details:

  • Job Title: Resolution Coordinator, Contact Center.
  • Experience 0 to 1 years of relevant experience only.
  • Education - Graduation Mandatory.
  • Date and Time: June 8th to June 10th 2026 (Monday to Wednesday) @ 10.00 AM to 2.30 PM you can attend the interview based on your availability
  • Duration : Please be prepared to stay back to complete all the rounds, you need to qualify at each round in-order to move further in the process.

Interview Location : Walmart Global Technology Services India Pvt. Ltd, Prestige Tech Cloud, building 2 Cumulus, 7th Floor, Survey No 13, Navarathna Agrahara Village, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562110, India

  • Interview type: In Person Interview (On-Site)
  • Interview Mode: Face-to-face interview only, as there are no virtual interview options available for this role.
  • Willing to work in 24/7 rotational night shift from office for all 5 days.
  • Process : Predominantly in Voice process depending on the business need it may get changed to Email or Chat process.

Round 1 Group Discussion
Round 2 Online Assessment
Round 3 Panel Interview

Each round is an elimination round. Based on your performance in each stage, you will be shortlisted for the next round.

Final Selection is based on your performance during the interview process.
