Position: Sales Manager LAP (Loan Against Property)
Department: Sales / Mortgage Loans
Location: Flexible / Branch-based

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business for Loan Against Property (LAP) products through direct sales, connectors, DSAs, brokers, and referrals.
• Acquire new customers including self-employed individuals, SMEs, and business owners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain LAP product features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan
