Role & responsibilities

Call insurance companies to check claim status

Follow up on unpaid or denied claims
Work on resolving claim issues and rejections
Update claim details in the system
Ensure timely payment from insurance companies
Maintain daily call and work reports

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate

Experience in AR calling (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
