Job Title - Social Media Associate

Job Role & Responsibility

• Assist in planning and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Create, schedule, and publish content across social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Monitor social media handles, respond to comments/messages, and ensure timely engagement with the audience
• Support in running paid social media campaigns and analyzing their performance
• Coordinate with internal teams and creative agencies for content development (graphics, videos, copy)
• Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and report insights regularly
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Assist in influencer collaborations and campaign executions
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels
• Identify opportunities for improving digital presence and customer interaction

Education

• Essential requirement: Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing is preferred

Work Experience:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
• Familiarity with social media tools and platforms Basic understanding of analytics tools and social media performance tracking
