Role & responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their Queries/Request/Complains.
Work Timings: Open to work in shifts male 24*7 / rotational offs (For Female shift window will be 6:30 am to 8:30 pm)
Languages Required: Excellent English + Hindi (compulsory).
Candidates need to be proficient in language capabilities and need to clear the written aptitude exam scoring 40 out of 50.
Education: Graduates (Any stream)
