We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused BPO Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels addressing their Baggage related queries

What would you be doing?

Provide delightful customer experience through calls, and chat.
Solving customer queries on baggage
