Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and referrals.
• Generate qualified leads for NoBroker services.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Customer Consultation

• Understand customer requirements related to buying, selling, renting, or other real estate services.
• Explain NoBroker products and service offerings.
• Provide suitable solutions based on customer needs.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Convert leads into paying customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.

5. Follow-up & Lead Nurturing

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Track customer interactions and update CRM records.
• Increase conversion rates through consistent engagement.
