Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Process banking transactions such as ACH, wire transfers, deposits, payments, and account maintenance.
Verify and reconcile financial data and transaction records.
Monitor and investigate transaction exceptions, discrepancies, and failed payments.
Support account opening, account servicing, and customer documentation review.
Prepare operational and regulatory reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and U.S.-based stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
