Tester II - Software Testing (Python Automation) @ UST

Experience: 3+ Years

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Automation Testing
• Strong programming experience in Python
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing automated test frameworks and test scripts
• Good understanding of Software Testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
• Experience in Manual Testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect reporting
• Strong knowledge of Storage Domain concepts (SAN, NAS, File Systems, Data Protection, Storage Protocols, etc.)
• Experience in API, Functional, Integration, and Regression Testing

Good to Have:

• Exposure to AWS cloud services and cloud-based testing environments
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or similar tools

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python
• Build and enhance test automation frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency
• Perform manual and automated testing to validate product functionality and quality
• Test storage-related features, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and release validation activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation practices
