Job Description

Cloud Operations Engineer

Location: Seepz, Andheri

Primary purpose: Cloud operations support, monitoring, runbooks, serviceability, and operational backlog execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day cloud operations and serviceability tasks
• Monitor cloud environments, alerts, incidents, and operational dashboards
• Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, and escalation
• Create and maintain runbooks, support documentation, operational checklists, and escalation paths
• Support cloud security remediation, access reviews, patching coordination, and operational hardening
• Assist with tagging, cost visibility, resource cleanup, and optimization activities
• Improve support handoffs between engineering, cloud operations, application teams, and vendors

Preferred experience:

• GCP cloud operations experience preferred
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, and operational support
• Familiarity with IAM, networking, compute, storage, Kubernetes, and cloud security basics
• Experience with production support and change management
• Ability to work with Platform / DevOps, application, and infrastructure teams
