*** Urgent Hiring For Specialist, Renewal Sales & Specialist, Sales Development with B2B SAAS Sales experience with International process Experience ***

**must have experience with" IT SAAS Sales Experience" with B2B environment ***


**must be from outbound calling profile


Location: Gurugram


CTC as per industry standard


Day shift ( Monday to Friday )


***(2+ years) experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.***


2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.


Prior experience in a high-volume calling environment and experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM


***Must have experience with Renewal sales/ Upselling / Cross selling ***

1. ROLE: Renewal Sales

DESIGNATION: Specialist, Renewal Sales

LOCATION: Gurugram

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2 Years


Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve or exceed your revenue-based quota by selling renewals/products/services and offering upsell opportunities when applicable.
  • Work within a dedicated territory for an established client.
  • Own and deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain a mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding to effectively assess client needs and requirements.
  • Successfully promote products or services and guide customers through strategic product adoption to accelerate their time to value.
  • Analyze and utilize data to proactively identify and address at risk customers and uncover adoption opportunities.
  • Independently resolve customer concerns and roadblocks, ensuring satisfaction and product usage.
  • Effectively manage external competitive pressures and handle complex objections to retain and win new customers.
  • Manage a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day.
  • Ensure a high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects.
  • Effectively partner with and build strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes and systems.
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner.

Key skills & knowledge:

  • 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume calling environment and experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
  • Prior success in achieving individual and/or team sales quotas and goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships.
  • A demonstrated aptitude for learning and optimizing new technology and data.
  • An aptitude for leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize your workflow and drive results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Well-developed emotional intelligence, including high levels of empathy and self-awareness.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and strong

Educational Qualification: A bachelors degree.

2. ROLE: Sales Development

DESIGNATION: Specialist, Sales Development

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2+ Years


Role and Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a personal pipeline of prospects from initial outreach through qualification.
  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies using phone, email, social media, and events.
  • Responding to inbound leads with urgency, conducting deeper qualification conversations.
  • Research accounts to understand key stakeholders, challenges, and buying signals.
  • Collaborate with account executives to develop account-specific entry strategies.
  • Schedule and participate in prospect meetings or demos, ensuring smooth handoffs.
  • Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health in the CRM.
  • Use AI-powered tools and market data to prioritize outreach and craft personalized messaging.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Share prospecting best practices with Associate Sales Development Representatives.

Key skills & knowledge:

  • (2+ years) experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing lead-to-opportunity conversion targets
  • Strong communication and discovery skills, with experience engaging prospects across multiple channels.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding prospecting or pipeline generation targets.
  • Ability to research accounts, uncover prospect needs, and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • A growing proficiency in applying AI and analytics to refine prospecting, improve conversion, and manage pipeline health.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to balance prospecting volume with quality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with account executives and marketing teams

Educational Qualification: A bachelors degree.
