Role & responsibilities
Generate leads from the assigned database and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
Acquire new business clients through field sales and face-to-face meetings.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase IndiaMART's offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Follow up regularly with prospects and drive sales closures within defined timelines.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate (2026 Batch) candidates are eligible to apply.
Candidates with 912 months of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Direct Sales, or Field Sales are also eligible.
For Freshers (2026 Graduates): Minimum 60% in both 10th and 12th Standard is mandatory.
For Experienced Candidates (912 Months): Minimum 56% in both 10th and 12th Standard is mandatory.
Minimum 50% in Graduation (UG) is mandatory for both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
Must own a laptop and a two-wheeler.
Valid Driving License (DL) and Registration Certificate (RC) are mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Male candidates preferred.
Candidates with a strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Acquisition will be preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable with field travel and client visits.
