Job Description
Roles and Responsibility- Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and bugs.
- Analyze test results and report defects to the development team.
- Participate in agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Work closely with the QA team to develop and implement testing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical/Clinical Research industry is preferred.
