Job Description
MUST HAVE Mandatory Skills for each technology (All MUST)
- Hands on experience with GCP & GCP PaaS services (Computer Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, GKE, IAM)
- Hands on experience with IBM Cloud IaaS services (Virtual Servers, VPC Infrastructure, Load Balancers)
- Must have Hands on experience with Multi-Cloud Infrastructure eco-system
- Must have prior Lead experience in at least 2 projects (3 Years)
- Should have excellent communication (written & verbal) for client communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Primary Skills (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with GCP services (Primary Cloud): Computer Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, GKE, IAM
- Exposure to GCP PaaS services and cloud-native architectures
- Hands-on experience with IBM Cloud IaaS services (Secondary Cloud) : Virtual Servers, VPC Infrastructure, Load Balancers
- VPN Gateway and basic connectivity services (VNet Peering, ExpressRoute)
- Object Storage, Security Groups
- Monitoring and Logging, Backup and Disaster Recovery
- Experience with monitoring and incident management tools ie. Service Now
- architectural knowledge of IaaS environments including:
- Multi-tier infrastructure design
- High Availability (HA)
- Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Network segmentation
- Hybrid cloud connectivity
- Scalability and fault-tolerant architecture
- Familiarity with container platforms like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience using monitoring and incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for ticket handling and issue tracking.
- Working knowledge of Azure IaaS environments, including:
- Understanding of multi-tier infrastructure concepts
- Basic knowledge of High Availability (Availability Sets/Zones) and Disaster Recovery (DR) practices
- Awareness of network segmentation using VNets, subnets, and NSGs
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud connectivity setups
- Understanding of scalability and fault-tolerant systems in Azure
Preferences: -
- IBM and/or GCP cloud certifications preferred
Experience working in enterprise or global cloud operations environments
Understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices - Good communication and stakeholder management Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekends basis business requirement.

In these roles you will be responsible for:
- Manage and support IBM Cloud IaaS infrastructure including virtual servers, networking, storage, security, and load balancing services
- Administer and maintain GCP infrastructure and platform services
- Monitor cloud infrastructure health, performance, availability, and capacity
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Implement automation for provisioning, deployment, patching, and operational tasks
- Support high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity operations
- Manage cloud security policies, IAM controls, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with DevOps, application, security, and infrastructure teams
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and operational costs
- Prepare operational documentation, SOPs, and technical reportsRole & responsibilities
