Job Description

Required Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in ROI - Release of Information / MRR - Medical Records Retrieval.
Good Typing Skills/Communication skills required
Hyderabad Location(WFO) Access Healthcare
Rotational Shift
2-Way Cab Facility Provided
Virtual Interviews Only

Roles and Responsibilities:

(MRR)Medical Record Review and (ROI) Release of Information, for medical records in compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) policies

Review and validate authorization forms to ensure legal compliance
Retrieve medical records from EMR/EHR systems, paper charts, and legacy systems
Ensure accurate disclosure of PHI based on request type (patient, attorney, insurance, audit, government)
Apply appropriate redactions where required
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
Meet productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and quality benchmarks
Communicate professionally with internal teams, healthcare providers, attorneys, and payers
Document actions and maintain audit trails for compliance purposes
Support quality audits and resolve errors or discrepancies promptly.
