Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the IT services & consulting industry.
• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 10-12 years of experience in IT services sales or related field.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the IT services & consulting industry landscape including emerging technologies such as AI/ML/Cloud Computing etc.
