Job Description

Title: IT Recruiter

Work Mode: Work from Office

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Must have a core background in IT contract staffing

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in technology hiring

Strong understanding of niche and volume hiring across various tech stacks

Proficient in resume evaluation, technical screening, and candidate engagement

Ability to meet aggressive submission targets and maintain high submission quality

Self-driven, accountable, and adaptable to fast-paced delivery environments
