Job Description

AI Agent Tool Support Specialist (Help Desk + After-Hours Rotation)

Contract Details Full-time remote contract (?? hours/week) with rotating after-hours/on-call shifts (evenings, nights, and weekends)

Key Responsibilities (Job Requirements)

  • Provide first-line technical support via live chat, email, and phone for users of the web-based AI Agent platform
  • Troubleshoot login issues, browser problems, integrations, and AI-response related queries
  • Create and update knowledge-base articles
  • Log, track, and escalate tickets in the support system
  • Handle urgent after-hours incidents with fast response times

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Experince in help-desk, technical support, or SaaS customer support
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or higher)
  • Strong customer service skills with patience and empathy
  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and quiet workspace
  • Availability and willingness to work after-hours shifts (evenings, nights, weekends) on a rotating basis
  • Proficiency with web browsers, basic networking, and screen-sharing tools
  • Prior experience supporting any web-based SaaS application

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI tools, chatbots, or large language model platforms
  • Understanding of LLM, RAG,Ai Bot, chat bot .
  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or no-code integration tools (e.g., Zapier)
  • Experience with Jira ticketing system or similar (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or JavaScript
  • Additional language skills (Spanish, German, French, Arabic, etc.)

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates or bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
