Job Description
We are looking for a skilled SR US IT Recruiter to join our team at TechnoGen Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in US IT recruitment with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices, including sourcing and interviewing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
