Job Description

Experience: minimum 2-8years in US IT recruitment
Excellent Communication skills, Strong negotiation, convincing skills, Self - Motivated and go getter.
Should be able to handle multiple W2 requirements simultaneously.
Focus on sourcing quality resumes through head hunting, Job Portals and Networking Sites, experience with Application Tracking System (Ceipal) and LinkedIn.
