QA Lead @ 10decoders

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Lead to join our team at 10Decoders Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and lead the testing efforts to ensure high-quality products.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to identify and mitigate risks.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.


• Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and bugs.


• Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.


• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using tools like Selenium or Appium.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.


• Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium or Appium.


• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with distributed teams.


• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions.


• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
