Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing, with primary expertise in Playwright (TypeScript) and Java Selenium.
- Solid experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in performance testing to ensure application scalability, reliability, and stability.
- Ability to define and implement best practices for automation framework design, test execution strategies, CI/CD integration, and reporting standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Lead and manage the QA team, driving high performance, ownership, and accountability. Act as the primary point of contact for all QA-related discussions and cross-functional coordination. Proactively identify, address, and resolve critical QA issues and escalations. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
