Overall Objectives of job - The role involves providing technical support for the rollout, maintenance, and enhancement of LegacyX, the enterprise GenAI platform being deployed across multiple countries The position focuses on building and orchestrating LLM-based applications, optimizing GenAI pipelines, ensuring stable deployments, and enabling global teams to adopt the platform successfully Duties and responsibilities - Support end to end rollout of LegacyX across global markets - Develop, maintain, and enhance GenAI workflows and LLM-driven application components - Implement and optimize LangChain/LangGraph based pipelines and agent architectures - Design and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions - Ensure seamless deployment and packaging through Docker and AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway) - Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to convert requirements into technical solutions - Apply software engineering best practices using Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and Agile methods - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LLM performance, vector search, and orchestration - Proactively identify opportunities to improve platform performance, usability, and scalability - Stay updated with the evolving AI ecosystem and integrate new tools/techniques into the solution landscape
