Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React JS and related technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, implementing solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong proficiency in React JS and its core principles.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Ability to write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript and its integration with React applications.
- Knowledge of front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or similar.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
- Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
