 Project Manager | Data Analytics and Spend Management

Job Description

Job Summary

Data & Analytics team today helps 7000+ users across 100+ clients to find actionable insights, savings opportunities, process leakages, and compliance measures.

We do that by investigating and extracting data across procurement systems, performing advanced data processing activities using modern technologies, and presenting insights through effective visualizations.


Role & responsibilities

Customer & Project Management

  • Manage a mid-sized portfolio of multiple clients
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction on all projects (minimum 8/10)
  • Ensure quality targets are met
  • Drive tool KPI targets including usage and accuracy
  • Identify scope creeps and change requests
  • Obtain sign-off on all customer deliverables

Team Management

  • Coach and manage a team of approximately 10 members

Program & Analytics Delivery

  • Requirements gathering and solutioning for best-in-class Spend Analysis programs and reporting
  • Consult customers to enable best-in-class Spend Programs
  • Deliver high-quality analytics solutions and insights

Project Governance

  • Project planning, tracking, monitoring, and target management
  • Status reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Meeting moderation and action item tracking
  • Periodic risk analysis and mitigation
  • Escalation management
  • Root cause analysis
  • Corrective and preventive action planning

Process Improvement

  • Define and improve internal processes for delivering Spend Analytics solutions effectively and efficiently

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong Analytics Experience
  • Category Knowledge to support quality delivery
  • Expertise managing Spend tools for large clients
  • Passion and innovation to solve customer problems and create new insights and value in Procurement Analytics
  • Excellent People Management Skills
