Production Support Engineer (Spring Boot, NodeJS, Python) @ Zensar

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Production Support Engineer with strong backend expertise in Spring Boot, NodeJS, and Python, along with hands-on experience in debugging and supporting production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for backend applications and services
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, ensuring quick resolution
• Monitor application performance and ensure system stability
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for issue resolution and enhancements
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and documentation
• Support REST API integrations and backend services

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong communication skills, especially in production issue debugging
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in NodeJS (backend services)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot 3.x
• Minimum 3+ years of Python (data processing, scripting, automation, backend)
• Minimum 5+ years of SQL experience, specifically PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience building scalable web applications
• Strong understanding of REST API design and integration
