Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and drive user-centric design solutions for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, conduct research, and craft seamless digital experiences that align with business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate across different teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
  • Conduct user research and audits, usability testing, and gather feedback to make informed design decisions.
  • Create site maps, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces that optimise user interaction and experience.
  • Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and industry best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
  • Communicate design ideas, concepts, and rationale effectively to the team members directly involved in the project as well as the clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Strong portfolio showcasing understanding of user-centred design principles, usability best practices and design aesthetics
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project needs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
