We are working on a CME (Customer Management Experience) solution, a cloudbased implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales) designed to build a worldclass sales and service platform for customers. This role focuses on test automation using TOSCA and supporting faster delivery through DevOps and CI/CD practices.

The position is part of a large CRM transformation program where legacy applications are being modernized into a robust, scalable Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA for MS Dynamics 365 CE applications
• Work closely with functional testers, business teams, and developers to understand CRM requirements
• Execute automation suites and analyze test results to identify defects and improvements
• Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing in Azure DevOps (Azure TFS)
• Handle complex testing scenarios independently and provide resolution for automation issues
• Act as an automation enabler across multiple CRM projects to improve delivery speed and quality
• Participate in DevOpsbased delivery models and Agile ceremonies

Mandatory Skills:

• Handson experience in Automation Testing using TOSCA (Tricentis)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM (Sales module preferred)
• Experience working in DevOps environments
• Exposure to Azure DevOps / Azure TFS
• Understanding of CI/CD and continuous testing concepts
• Good knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies

Good to Have:

• Experience in leading or supporting automation initiatives
• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
• Knowledge of CRM functional testing
• Experience in largescale enterprise transformation projects
