Job Description
We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling international voice support/customer service processes with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Meet process KPIs such as productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in International Voice Process.
- Candidates with AR Calling or Healthcare process experience will not be considered.
- Freshers and candidates with irrelevant experience are not eligible to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and spoken English skills are mandatory.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts if required.
- Immediate joiners only.
Preferred Skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage call volumes efficiently.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/call handling tools.
Education
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant international voice experience.
