Job Title: Java Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, modern frameworks, and distributed systems, along with the ability to work in agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications
• Build scalable and high-availability backend services and APIs
• Work with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and performance tuning
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and application architecture
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Mentor junior developers (for senior roles)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8 or above)
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs / Microservices
• Good understanding of Multithreading, Collections, JVM concepts
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture
• Experience with Git / Bitbucket / GitHub
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):

• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
• Exposure to Kafka / RabbitMQ
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Frontend exposure (Angular/React) is a plus

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
