Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Growth
Achieve regional loan disbursement targets.
Increase customer acquisition and portfolio size.
Identify new business opportunities and markets.
2. Branch Management
Supervise Branch Managers and branch operations.
Monitor branch performance and productivity.
Ensure smooth functioning of all branches in the region.
3. Team Management
Recruit, train, and develop branch staff.
Set targets and review employee performance.
Motivate teams to achieve business goals.
4. Credit & Risk Management
Ensure proper credit appraisal and loan approvals.
Monitor portfolio quality and delinquency levels.
Reduce NPAs (Non-Performing Assets) and overdue accounts.
5. Collection & Recovery
Review collection efficiency regularly.
Support branches in recovery of overdue loans.
Ensure legal and recovery processes are followed.
6. Compliance & Audit
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Maintain compliance with guidelines from Reserve Bank of India.
7. Reporting
Prepare regional MIS and performance reports.
Present business updates to senior management.
