We are expanding our team and are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our Architectural & Interior Design firm.

Position: Project Manager Interior Design & Architecture

Location: Goregaon East
Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of interior design and architectural projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and client management skills to drive projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple interior design and architectural projects simultaneously.

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and adherence to timelines.

• Conduct regular site reviews and project status meetings.

• Manage procurement, vendor performance, and contractor execution.

• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions proactively.

• Ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project management within the Interior Design, Architecture, or Fit-Out industry.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, site execution, and vendor management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management tools is preferred.
