Fresher - International Voice Process US healthcare Night Shift Hyderabad

We are hiring Freshers!!!

For International Voice Process Associate!! Responsibilities

 

Process US healthcare claims with accuracy and within timelines.

Handle and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.

Maintain and update customer records in the system.

Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Utilize quick decision-making skills to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.

Deliver exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

 

Who Can Apply

Fresh Graduates (2022- 2025 Pass outs)

Degrees allowed: BCom, BSc, BBA, BA, Pharma (Non-Technical Streams Only)

Not Eligible: BE/B.Tech, Postgraduates, Diploma holders

Must be willing to work in rotational shifts

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
