Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients and industries.
- Promote and explain the company's pollution control devices and solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- 56 months of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or B2B Sales.
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Email.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
