Senior Business Analyst
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 6-10 years
Education: MBA (IT), MCA, BE, MSc (IT)
Domain: Healthcare (US/UK experience preferred)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst who will play a key role in driving business transformation initiatives, gathering and analyzing requirements, and ensuring seamless delivery of technology-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Prior experience in the US or UK healthcare domain will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed BRD and FRD documents.
- Prepare flow diagrams, process maps, and use case documentation.
- Lead and support business transformation and data migration projects.
- Conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders and clients.
- Act as a Product Owner or Scrum Master support in Agile environments.
- Develop wireframes and mockups using tools like Figma.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends and competitor tools.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge on healthcare technology trends in US and UK markets.
- Work closely with development teams to validate requirements and assist in UAT.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in business analysis within IT product or service environments (healthcare domain preferred).
- Strong knowledge of FRD, BRD, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of data migration and business transformation processes.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR/EMR systems, HL7, HIPAA compliance, and interoperability standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare domain experience specifically in US and UK healthcare systems.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
