Define Data Ops & CI/CD for data platform based on standards and best practices. 

Experience in implementing CI/CD for large-scale, high volume & fault tolerant data solutions 

PoC on tooling, frameworks, and CI/CD options across Data Lifecycle (Data Pipelines, Streaming, DB Schemas) 

Hands-on delivery of short, 1-week sprints of experimentations and PoCs 

Quickly pivot and learn new technology skills 

Participation in technical discussions with clients data solution architects & team lead  

46 years of hands-on experience with Data Ops or CI/CD for large-scale, high-volume data solutions 

Deep knowledge of 2 or more open-source technologies: Dagster, Airflow, Liquibase or Flyway 

Experience designing and optimizing CI/CD for large-scale, high volume & fault tolerant data solutions 

Proficiency in evaluating CI/CD options and recommend tools 

Understanding / Exposure to real-time data solution architecture, Active-Active setup, cluster nodes, SRE 

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at senior levels
