JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering with min 5 years
experience.
B.E. Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering with minimum of 3 years
experience.
Skills:
Technical Proficiency: AutoCAD for design review and MS Office
(Excel/PowerPoint) for reporting and scheduling.
Classification: Internal Purpose
ERP Knowledge: Demonstrated experience using SAP ERP for
procurement and project tracking modules.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage
diverse stakeholders and ensure site safety and compliance.
ROLES & RESPONSIBLITES
Procurement & ERP Management: Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) within
the SAP system and track them through to the successful issuance of Purchase
Orders (PO).
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for
Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), vendors, landlords, and General
Contractors.
Site & Progress Monitoring: Conduct daily monitoring of project progress at the
site and provide detailed reports to management regarding milestones and
potential bottlenecks.
Liaison & Interface: Act as the primary plant interface between the Project
Management Consultancy (PMC), Landlords, and Plant Operations to ensure
operational alignment.
Vendor Management: Facilitate the onboarding of vendors by ensuring all
compliance documentation, such as safety work permits and other relevant
documents requested by PMC
Billing & Certification: Verify and certify site measurements post-activity
completion to validate and approve invoices submitted by contractors and
vendors.
