Job Description
TNQ is looking to hire fresher for "Trainee - Operations" role. Given below the detailed job description.
- Should be working closely with the managers to ensure the deliverables as per the standards and customer expectations
- Involved in Data collation, validation and presentation
- Handling and interaction with customers through mails / calls
- Scheduling, monitoring, tracking, delivering and invoicing files as per the TAT
- Maintain & update trackers, Follow-up, monitor & deliver days schedule
Candidate profile:
- Any degree with good communication (written / oral), and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Good knowledge in MS Office is highly preferred.
- Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive and should have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (no night shift for women employees)
- 1st shift 6.15 a.m. to 1.45 p.m.
- 2nd shift 1.45 p.m. to 9.15 p.m.
- Night shift 09:15 p.m to 06:00 a.m
