About the Role
iEnergizer is looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer interactions through Voice and Chat channels while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries and concerns through inbound calls and chat support.
* Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customers.
* Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
* Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and productivity targets.
* Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Eligibility Criteria
Chat Process
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong typing and comprehension skills.
* Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously.
* Prior customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Voice Process
* Fluent communication skills in any one of the following languages: Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam
* Good communication skills in English.
* Ability to interact confidently with customers over calls.
Requirements
* Graduation in any discipline.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools.
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to work from the office in a Day Shift environment.
