Role & responsibilities
We are looking experienced Kitchen Assistant / Commi to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the culinary industry in Bakery & Pastry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking, and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Develop new recipes and menus to enhance culinary offerings.
- Implement effective inventory management systems.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commi or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
